Assembled in the USA

In response to customer demand, TEMP-AIR began to manufacture TOPAZ, a line of portable air conditioners, for sale and rent, in 1999. In late 2013, TOPAZ changed its name to TEMP-COOL. All units and accessories are assembled in the Burnsville, Minnesota, TEMP-AIR, Inc. corporate headquarters. Today, TEMP-COOL is available for sale and rent through a nationwide network of distributors. TEMP-COOL can be a solution for every application, whether it is industrial, commercial, institutional, construction, planned, or emergency. There are six models, offering from 14,000 BTU/hr – 77,500 BTU/hr. Accessories are also available to adapt TEMP-COOL to your special needs.

Cools Quietly

TEMP-COOL® portable cooling systems cool quietly at office-acceptable sound levels without significantly adding to background noise. They are ideal for supplemental or temporary cooling in offices, meeting areas, or classrooms. Featuring backward-inclined, plenum evaporator and condensor fans, TEMP-COOL operates at the lowest decibel level for portable air conditioners.

Cools Effectively

TEMP-COOL portable cooling systems deliver full performance at a wide range of temperatures and altitudes with a thermostatic-expansion valve – not found in ordinary units. This valve automatically adjusts to the environment, functioning day-after-day, year-after-year regardless of the conditions. You can use the mechanical thermostat or simply set and forget the optional seven day, 24 hour programmable temperature controls to cool exactly when you need it.

Cools Efficiently

Designed for portability and convenience, the versatile TEMP-COOL® sets up in minutes and cools quickly in a wide range of environments. Its rugged design rolls easily from shop floor to office areas. It can fit through doorways as small as 32-in. wide. Just plug in and begin cooling, no special electrical requirements are needed on most units. The TC-12A and TC-18A are single phase, and cost less to operate on a per ton basis when compared to other portable units because they draw the least amount of amperage.
